... which is The action-packed movie during Christmas time that we all needed. Pure "fun", nothing deep, just action with your regular hero and bad guy. I must say, Jason Bateman actually does a good job, although seeing him in so many comedies (even in Ozark, he had an ironically funny tone all the time), has colored my views on him, making it hard to believe his character. The one thing I didn't like at all was the many ways Ethan could've easily disarmed the bad guys. I can think of at least ten just by writing this sentence. This makes it harder to watch as the movie continues, as you almost get a bit annoyed with him instead of rooting for him and the credibility of his total lack of competence evaporates minute by minute... But again, take it for what it is, and you have a solid 7/10 movie for its genre!
