If you could suddenly relive the last 8 years, would you change anything? If you knew better would you make the same mistakes... would it go better or worse the second time around? Superimpose that concept on a House-like medical show with interesting cases and a mysterious backstory and you have Doc. It's devoid of any humour but the suspense and the examination of how our experiences shape our character and whether and to what extent we can reinvent ourselves has me hooked. Plus the music is consistently on point. I'm hoping the actors develop a little more chemistry but this is still one of the best new shows of the season.
