The trailer does not do justice to this movie. It makes it seem like this is some new age, cutesy, lovey dovey flick. I am glad to give it a chance after reading the brief summary on IMDb. This is in no way lovey dovey; instead it is actually the opposite, giving you "Severance" vibes and some philosophical musings to ponder. The subject matter has been portrayed before, pretty recently, in fact, in the 2020 series titled "Soulmates" so this is not at all original. But all is forgiven thanks to the intense chemistry and superb acting by the leads, Jessica Buckley and Riz Ahmed. These are some top-notch actors, and they elevate what is already a compelling watch to another level.
