It is nicely shot, in a beautiful scenery with a decent cast and has a nice (though predictable) premise, but, like a lot of shows of this kind, it's the ridiculously dumb dialogue that kills it. The constant "we have to put out this fire or something worse will happen" sentences, coupled with the "put me in, coach, I can do it" and the "you have the makings of a great leader if you'd just forgive yourself" . I mean, it is laughable. If they fix this small, but crucial piece, they have the necessary elements and potential to make a great show. If not, they should just put it with the daytime soaps.
