Patricia Arquette has clearly set out to surround herself with quality experienced actors, clever writers and direction. That's not forgetting a brilliant soundtrack that complements the action and plot (Credence Clearwater Revival alongside Richard Wagner Opera ) and some truly cinematic photography. Nice to see older but quality actors being given real prominent roles - Bernadette Peters in particular. Personal highlights include the party scenes, the showdown in the caravan, the transformation of Peggy, the choice of transportation - making full use of a 70s Volkswagen dune buggy, Mercedes SL coupe and Chevrolet Impala.
