Not as good as prior seasons, but fairly good premise. Great job on the various foreign country scenes - felt authentic. Dialogue and character development pretty good - a bit over the top at times. Parading the Czech President around with U. S CIA ops in unsecure settings kind of ludicrous - as is the lack of controls inner circle in that country as depicted - but perhaps needed as tie in to the book. They should have had the Russian elite (including the president) speak in Russian when amongst themselves in Moscow etc (with English subtitles) - small point I know but having them dialogue in English takes alot away from authenticity - as I see it. Jack Ryan definitely given alot of leeway and responsibility by the White House and CIA in general - came a long way from desk duties I would say! Would give the season a solid 7 rating all in all.
