I just binge-watched the entire S3, and of all three seasons, this is by far the most enjoyable. Although the storyline is more confusing than any film or series I've seen in 10 years, the action/fight scenes & use of filming locations are top-notch. The actors physically fit their roles and deliver. I particularly liked Nina Voss, who was "Astrid" a recurring character in "Homeland" and can always be counted on to deliver euro-cred to American films or tv productions. Not to be overlooked is the team of directors' who (over eight episodes) maintain an edge-of-your-seats pacing. In conclusion, with S3 Jack Ryan has morphed into "Jack Bauer" and this series is the new "24"--without the ticking time clock. My suggestion: the producers should hire Jon Cassar (one of the creators of "24") for next season to help craft the storyline, and direct a few episodes.
