This show has been papering Toronto in billboards but i still completely missed it. Cute, fun, airy - it's very broad in its appeal while still feeling very specific to the immigrant/2nd generation experience. I also very much enjoyed seeing different communities interact on the show; it pokes fun at minority-minority friction which is hardly ever seen on TV Regent Park neighborhood holds a lot of memories from my youth, and they do a decent job of getting the setting down, even with the pretty funny sitcom style comedy Definitely worth a watch, the CBC fall 2016 line up has been stacked so far!
