NBC has always produced some of my favorite comedies; Community, The Office, 30 Rock, Parks & Rec, just to name a few. Mrs. Davis follows in this tradition in that it has a quirky and ridiculous sense of humor with an engaging storyline that has me excited for the rest of the season. In addition to the humor, the action is fun and keeps your attention and the actors seem to have dived into their characters and play them well. I like quirky shows, and this fits the bill, but if you know you don't enjoy ridiculous premises and random humor, this show might not be for you. This show has a similar overarching plot to that of "Artificial Intelligence" with Melissa McCarthy that came out a few years back, but overall is very different with its subplots.
