It's a mildly funny show that's poking fun at geek/gaming culture without being overly insulting. It handles it in a way that means people involved in that culture are able to enjoy it too. This is hard to do and I'm wondering how long they can keep it up. The forced gay relationship plot lines are kind of cringe though. They have nothing to do with anything and it's been ramped up in season 2. Gay/lesbian relationships are fine, forcing them purely for the sake of them being present isn't engaging or interesting. Same would be said if they did it with hetro relationships.. but they don't. They do it with LGBTQ+ stuff to appear woke. Problem is, trying to artificially appear woke or prove your wokeness is not actually being woke. Regards, A gay man.
