Right out of the bat. The man playing Gibbs is not Gibbs. Where is his Marine haircut? Mike was good but shorter than Gibbs when he should be taller. I get it artistic license. Special agent Lala was dressed like the 2000's and not 1991. The hair would have been totally different and she would be wearing some sort of power suit. So was Gibbs's clothes not exactly the 90's. If I didn't know this was set in 1991. I wouldn't have known. Only the beeper, possibly the vehicles and Mike's underwear would tell me a different time than now. I just don't know what I think about this show. It isn't what I was expecting. I don't know what I was expecting but it wasn't this. I just honestly am confused. I miss the light hearted banter even in tough times. I wish Duckie was there. I forgot when he showed up. Maybe when it was already NCIS not NIS. Oh well. I may change my review later. But as for now. A 5 is too kind.
