Make no mistake this is nothing like the fabulous Yellowstone in anyway shape or form, it's more like Brokeback Mountain 2.0 meets the X-Files. While episode 1 develops the characters and suspense successfully there is an overarching icky-creepy, uncomfortable feel to it which is double downed in episode 2. If you're into longing camera shots of shirtless simp cowboys and watching a guy singing into a mirror while the camera slowly pans down his body to reveal he is only wearing tight Y-fronts with a bulge then this will be right up your street. Shame for these unnecessary 'message' overtones that give this show an uncomfortable icky feeling especially while watching with the family. We wont continue beyond episode 2.
