I didn't know much about this going in and only found out it was made by Ridley Scott after I saw the first robot bleeding. I am glad I didn't know it was from Ridley Scott I feel like I enjoyed it more with anticipating any kind of tie in to one of the best sci fi franchises out there. There were so many questions that arise while watching this. Some of them are answered but many more are generated. Kind of reminded me of early days of Lost. The characters are so well developed. It's rare for me to get emotionally attached to characters like I did in this show. I found myself rooting for the good guys, then changed my mind on who the good guys were. There was a LOT of unexpected gore. Like I said I knew nothing about this show. Comparable to the gore in a lot of Scott's movies. Once I got over the initial shock I settled in for a fast paced action drama. I am really looking forward to Season 2.
