I probably would have rated this a 3 or 4, but the audacity to advertise this as a new "Yellowstone" was infuriating. This is as much like Yellowstone as Blade Runner. The plot bounces around more than Jennifer Lopez gathers husbands. Whoever wrote this grew up watching Dallas or Dynasty, and tried to copy them by writing storylines while high. At least Yellowstone was filmed in a believable location. I recognized the New Mexico landscape that was supposed to pass as Texas. The high school soap opera material really added nothing to the show, but I guess the staff had to fill in some space. Bottom line, I had great expectations for this series, and was strongly disappointed.
