The first couple of episodes were so good they glued me to my chair, but ever since then they stopped advancing the plot, they keep going into these obscure side stories that are supposed to connect you to a specific character and form a deeper connection with them but fail miserably at doing so. It feels like they don't have a long enough plot so they're trying to drag out episodes starting with season 1. You can afford three filler episodes in a row in a 15-20 episodes long season, but when you go with a 10 episodes per season plan, and have half of it eaten by filler sidelines, it gets plain boring. My wife went from "oh my god a new episode of Silo's out let's goooo you get the home cinema ready I go prepare the snacks" to "hey Silo's out, wanna watch?". At this point I'm not sure we may even finish the season, we're one filler away from forgetting all about it. Edit: Review above was written after the end of episode 5, my faith in the show is restored now after episode 7.
