I tried.... I went in without reading reviews. I didn't even watch whatever show this mess of a series was supposedly continuing from. Don't care about big name actors or directors. Or how much of a budget a production has. I watch subtitled movies made with little money from all over the world....and have found plenty of GEMS. Within minutes of starting, the first episode had sub par editing and CGI effects. Nothing I couldn't look over if there were other redeeming qualities that quickly followed. Alas, it just got worse. From a set that did not look or feel clever or real, acting that was "meh" and a script that was juvenile. Frankly, I found myself rolling my eyes and grew bored quickly. 20 minutes in and I'm MAKING myself watch it ( so I can give a fair review) until I just COULD NOT....... With one statement that finally popped up into my mind that perfectly defined my feeling about this show, I turned it off with NO REGRET. 90210/ Pick any soap opera here, on a sci Fi "stage"😴😑🙄😒😴😩 If this gets any following by any other demographic besides 10 to14 year olds, I TOTALLY give up hope for an audience that appreciates and recognizes the ART of presenting a good story.
