Okay so... it's "okay" SO FAR. People are rating 1-3 stars, completely writing this show off when they've watched, merely 40 minutes. Yeah the animation is similar to bobs but who tf cares? As far as I'm concerned, it has an a-list cast, a writer who's already gained much success through bobs and (at least years ago) king of the hill. So far it's a little underwhelming but??? We don't know these characters yet. We don't understand their special bran of irony or comedy. It's even too soon to comment on the chemistry or interpersonal relationships. If you're apprehensive, wait to watch until the entire season has finished. But even then, I'd warn against judging any show from its first season. Cause even a successful show like bobs had some rocky moments the firs two seasons. I mean, look at the office or parks and rec. while the first two seasons feature some great references, if that is all you watched you wouldn't see the show the same way. Seriously, these people need to chill. Just watch it and decide for yourself, but don't do that unless you go into it knowing full well it may take some time to understand character and story nuance. I'll update later if possible on this app. If not I'll write a new one based on a fair, full season watch. But anyone crying about it should probably try to pump the brakes as critic reception is contrary to what these salty reviews are giving.
