What a fun start. After binging the first three episodes, I can say that this is starting off solidly. What I like so far is that I don't really like any one character (yet), but absolutely love the main cast and their chemistry. That's a good thing as nothing is predictable, every scene is fresh and the humor is palpable. If you have even the slightest interest in film production or the industry as a whole, this is a good show to sink your teeth into. If I were to compare the tone, pace and edge of the show, it'd be a healthy dose of "House of Lies" with comedic timing of "Entourage". If you enjoyed either of those productions, you'll fall into favor with this show after episode 1.
