Westworld S03E04 720p AMZN WEB-DL x265 HEVC
The amount of characters, plot lines and overall stories this show holds at once is actually incredible. There is such an amazing balance with what is happening and what the watcher is thinking. It's one of those shows that everything is a build up to final reveals right at the end and it works excellently. The whole idea of the show isn't that original in the sense that I had that of a world where I was the only "real" human but is original in the sense that it has never been put onto film before. The shots are beautiful, the action is minimalistic but realistically brutal, the setting is astounding and the plot is painfully great and a tad confusing. That truly is the only downfall to season 1, some funky timeline that becomes difficult to follow, at no point was I actually confused it just really had me thinking about what order everything takes place in. There are lots of scenes that are straight dialogue which I thought I would find boring but a lot of what they are saying is actually quite important and I never lost track. The soundtrack is gorgeous, from the opening title to the remade songs that play or even just the background music in the pub are great. I can't actually say too much about the show without giving away spoilers but if you have seen any other films/tv shows by either of the Nolan brothers (the directors) you will really enjoy this. It has action, it has a good plot, a good romance story even, gore, strong characters with likeable and hateful qualities, there is something for everyone. I give it around 8.5/10 maybe higher if I rewatched.
