It may have a low budget but this show is a must see! The protagonist is a broken 27 year old women who returns to her home town of Purgatory and realizes that she is stuck with being the heir to Wyatt Earp's curse. Doc Holliday sums things up nicely 'Purgatory is overrun by demon revenants aka Wyatt Earp's resurrected outlaws, Bobo Del Ray is their leader, I am Doc Holliday, yes That Doc Holliday, and Dolls here he's just a dick' It's sci-fi meets western, set in today's time. The writing is top- notch and has a bit of everything. The casting is perfection! Thirteen episode were not nearly enough but thankfully Syfy finally renewed it for a second season...thanks largely to the show's awesome fandom! The only thing stopping me from giving this 10 out of 10 is purely due to it's low budget. What the show's crew do with their budget it pretty amazing. It is an entertaining, easy to watch, and re-watch, and re-watch show. Let's hope the word gets out and the show's ratings improve so that we get many more seasons.
